Careful reading of the house rules guarantees that your security deposit will not be reduced at the time
of departure.
Treat this VILLA with the same respect as your main residence. We have gone to great lengths to make it a pleasant space for you to enjoy.
▪ Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, it will make your departure much easier! And don't forget the dishes!
▪ In the event of accidental damage, it can happen. It's essential to keep us informed immediately.
▪ We hope you have lots of laughs and fun on your vacation! However, we would be grateful if you could be careful and limit noise out of respect for the neighbors.
▪ Please make sure you read and understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in more detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
▪ We wish you lots of fun! This is your vacation period and we hope you make the most of our VILLA, its facilities and the opportunity to relax and visit the surrounding area.
▪ The laundry room is a technical space only authorized for the use of the dishwasher and tumble dryer. In the box next to the front door is also the electrical panel to check in case of a power cut.
▪ Cleanliness is a priority, so please check the condition of your shoes before entering the rooms
▪ Open windows may or may not interfere with our alarm system.
Please make sure all windows are closed and secured before activating the alarm.
Internal regulations relating to equipment and supplies
▪ Refer to user manuals or/and owner's instructions. In case of doubt, call the owner or his representative.
Noise abatement rules
Just like our vacation rental, our neighborhood is important to us.
Most residents live here full-time, although there may be other short-term guests who occasionally stay in the neighborhood.
Please respect the community and try to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after dark. By respecting the people and property around you, your vacation will be more enjoyable.
▪ Please avoid making noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. to allow neighbors to sleep
peacefully.
▪ If neighboring residents report excessive noise or unruly behavior, we may have to
evict you from our property and terminate the vacation rental agreement. This could result in the loss of the security deposit and rental amount.
▪ In the event of a dispute or complaint from a neighbor, it is your duty to inform us as soon as reasonably possible.
▪ There are designated areas for recycling and waste disposal. Please refrain from throwing waste, such as bottle caps or cigarette butts, into neighboring properties.
▪ While we know there are some very cute pets near our property, their owners would really appreciate it if you didn't feed them!
House rules relating to children and safety
We try to make our vacation rental as child-friendly as possible.
That said, parents still have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring their children's safety at all times.
If you find anything unsafe or in need of improvement in the property, please
us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem.
To keep our property child-friendly, we kindly ask you to:
▪ Never leave children unsupervised
▪ Tenants are fully responsible for the safety of their children at all times, as well as for any disturbance and noise nuisance caused to other residents in the neighborhood.
House rules in relation to parties and friends of tenants or visitors:
We want you to make the most of your vacation and your time with us, but we must
restrictions on the number of visitors for safety reasons. As part of our holiday rental
contract, we need the names and contact details of every member of your travelling party
group. (Photocopy or e-mail of participants at time of booking)
In addition, please observe the maximum number of visitors and the rules concerning visitors, as
below.
▪ Holidaymakers are not allowed to receive visitors at any time during their stay.
▪ For any additional nights, vacationers must be approved in advance and are subject to additional charges
as indicated in our rates. Tenting is not possible.
▪ Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly forbidden on our premises.
Any small gatherings (maximum 15 people, including registered tenants) must comply with our other house rules concerning noise, neighbors.
▪ Vacationers must allow the owner or service provider access to the property for repair and inspection purposes. The VILLA owner will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and will give prior notice where possible. (Example: installation of a piece of furniture or an appliance, work on the satellite dish, washing the pool filter, etc.)
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly forbidden on our premises.
Rules and regulations for kitchen use
We do not supply basic products such as olive oil, salt and some condiments.
Please treat our kitchen with the love and respect you would give to your own in order to keep it in excellent condition for other travelers.
▪ Be sure to air the kitchen well after cooking anything that might leave a strong odor.
▪ Out of respect for the environment, only switch on the dishwasher when it is full and use the eco-program if possible.
Do not clog the sink with leftover peelings or food.
▪ To simplify the inventory process, please return all kitchen items to the place where you found them.
▪ Kitchen cleaning products may be available under the sink. If the gas bottle for the plancha runs out during your stay, please let us know so that we can replace it.
Rules for your tenants:
You will find all the equipment you need for a comfortable stay with us.
Please use them responsibly, and ask the other members of your party to do the same.
This means that you must observe the few rules we set out below.
▪ Please do not overload or underload the washer/dryer. Be sure to separate colors and whites, and wash at low temperatures if possible.
▪ The optimum temperature for the thermostat is between 23° and 24° in summer (for air conditioning) and between 18° and 21° .... in winter (for heating).
▪ Be sure to turn off lights any other small electrical appliances when you go out. The same goes for air conditioning and heating - let's respect the environment!
▪ In the unlikely event of a power failure, please call us before touching the electrical panel
▪ No compensation will be given in the event of a temporary cut in electricity, gas, water, cable, satellite.
Parking and vehicle regulations
No additional cars may be parked along our quiet residential street, even if they do not block access to neighbors' property.
Internal regulations concerning waste and recycling
We attach great importance to respect for the environment, and suggest that our guests do the same!

▪ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. If you misplace or forget an object in the house, please let us know so that we can look for it during the
change of tenant and cleaning .
▪ Parents must not leave their children unsupervised at any time. Injuries sustained by guests inside the house are not covered by our insurance.
Rules for your aquatic equipment:
Our guests love to use the pool at our vacation rental! It's a great way to spend summer days while staying at home.
We ask you to keep in mind a few essential things about the pool.
▪ The pool is mainly usable from 8am to 10pm every day. Please observe these times out of respect
of the neighbors.
▪ It is forbidden to use glass crockery or glass bottles near the pool. Please note that the consumption of alcohol inside the glass walls of the pool is prohibited. Excessive alcohol consumption is also forbidden inside our property already for your well-being and also to avoid inconvenience.
▪ Vacationers must shower before entering the pool to rinse off sunscreen and avoid sand from the beach. Please use the jet or outdoor shower to avoid blocking the indoor drains
with beach sand.
▪ The safety and supervision of children is your sole and absolute responsibility.
▪ Maintenance products and their use are not available in the pool area. Only the owner or
the pool attendant have access.
Rules and regulations for balconies and terraces
Our balconies and terraces are at your disposal for relaxing with family or friends
friends. In order to keep this space in the best condition for future visitors to our vacation rental, please follow the guidelines below:
▪ In case of bad weather (rain, thunderstorms, etc.), please make sure to close the terrace awning and store the equipment safely to prevent them from breaking.
▪ Children must always be under supervision

The interior of our villa is a non-smoking area.
This is important to us in order to keep our accommodation in the best possible condition.
Tenants may only smoke outside, for example on the terrace, if you comply with the rules:
▪ Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
▪ Guests may not smoke outside. (Any consumption of illicit products is by definition prohibited)
▪ Please do not throw cigarette butts on the lawn. Instead, dispose of them in the ashtray
provided for this purpose. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
▪ The discovery that guests have been smoking inside the property will also result in the loss of the
security deposit.

Is there anything better than gathering around the barbecue or a plancha on a sunny afternoon?
We don't think so! We provide all the equipment you need for cooking, just make sure you follow

kitchen utensils.
▪ Be sure to clean the barbecue after use, it's much harder to clean the next day!
▪ You can finish off the charcoal bags. If you run out during your stay, it is your responsibility to

customer will pay the repair costs from the security deposit.

residence parking lot. Only 3 spaces are available in the covered parking lot (the 2 at the bottom on the residence side and on the road side).
2 tips:
1) Be sure to check market days and regulations to avoid being caught out (Sunday, Wednesday, Friday in summer, busy market).
2) The aisles in the residence parking lot are narrow because there are too many numbered spaces and too many poles. Please take precautions when maneuvering.
